We plan, furnish, build out, move, and decommission office space, and remain accountable from initial planning through final installation. Our home market is Greater Seattle and South King County, and we work throughout Washington, down the West Coast, and on projects across the country.
Our story
From staffing partner to full-service facilities company.
Reliant Group was founded in 2004 as a staffing company supporting the employment needs of our clients. As those clients’ projects grew more complex, we added the capabilities they kept asking for: furniture, installation, build-outs, moves, decommissions. Over time, Reliant evolved into the full-service commercial facilities company it is today.
22 years in, that history still shapes how we work. One call, one contact, one solution. Reliant stays responsible for the project from the first scope through the final install.

Scott Nguyen
President & Chief Executive Officer
Scott sets Reliant Group’s short-term and long-term vision, goals, and business strategies. He leads the executive team and oversees company operations, including the standards, policies, and core values that guide the organization. His strategic direction supports the company’s continued growth.
Maren Robinson
Vice President, Client Services
Maren leads Reliant Group’s Corporate Real Estate Services and Logistics divisions. She works with executive leadership on organizational strategy, oversees financial performance and operations, and leads the teams responsible for client service. She improves processes, introduces new approaches, and keeps customer satisfaction central to the work while supporting the company’s continued growth.
Kyle Smith
Senior Sales Executive
Kyle develops client relationships, supports business growth, and provides workplace solutions consulting. He builds trusted partnerships and guides projects from concept through completion. Kyle also mentors sales professionals within Reliant and across the broader business community, helping strengthen sales performance and long-term client engagement.
Nhi Nguyen
Sr. Technical PM
Nhi leads cross-functional teams through every phase of project delivery, from initial planning through completion. She manages budgets, schedules, proposals, permitting, change orders, and stakeholder coordination. She also facilitates owner-architect-contractor meetings and works closely with clients and regulatory agencies. Her detailed, proactive management keeps projects efficient, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.
Doug Bachmeier
Sr. Technical PM
Doug leads complex projects from planning through completion. He develops project plans, coordinates internal teams and external partners, manages project risks, and maintains strong relationships with clients and vendors. Through consistent communication, collaboration, and execution, he delivers projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Melissa Pleasant
Senior Designer
Melissa has nearly two decades of experience in commercial furniture and workplace design. Her work includes workplace planning, space design, project coordination, asset management, and furniture solutions. As a trusted product expert, she advises clients on manufacturers, finishes, and workplace applications. She creates functional, efficient environments that support business goals and improve the employee experience.
Alisha Barker
Senior Project Manager, Operations Lead
Alisha plans, coordinates, executes, and delivers complex furniture procurement, relocation, installation, and workplace transformation projects. She coordinates clients, manufacturers, installation teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects safe, on schedule, and within budget. Her experience includes projects in active airport environments, occupied workplaces, hospitality spaces, and corporate facilities.
